On September 2, 2024, together with the chambers of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, at a meeting, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev announced a message to the people of the country. Advisory hours were held to discuss the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with students of the 1,2,3,4 course of educational programs 6В07501-Standardization and certification of the International University of Engineering and Technology, 6В07103 - technological equipment and machines, 6В07203 - technology and engineering of food production, 6В08103 Fruit and vegetable growing and agricultural engineering.  The advisors noted the main directions of the President`s Message to the people of Kazakhstan "fair Kazakhstan: Law and order, economic growth, public optimism." The President`s Message combines its clear structure and specificity with the scale and complexity of the coverage of problem areas and strategic directions for the further movement of the country. He also noted that one of the important issues is the education system. As the quality of education at domestic universities improves, tuition fees will also increase, so the state plans to distribute educational grants at different levels, depending on the results of the Unified National Testing and other indicators. He noted that its volume ranges from 30 to 100 percent. A preferential loan is also provided for education with an annual increase of 2-3 percent. It was noted that these measures will not only increase the accessibility of higher education, but also strengthen the principle of partnership and mutual responsibility in society.  The participants of the advisory hour actively discussed the important points of the message. There was also an active exchange of views on various aspects of the qualitative implementation of the tasks of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
