On October 16, 2024, the international conference "Science, production, business: the current state and ways of innovative development of the agricultural sector on the example of the Agricultural Holding "Bayserke-Agro" was held, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the birth of an outstanding public and statesman of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Dosmukhambetov Temirkhan Mynaidarovich. Bakytzhan Tursynovich Zhumagulov, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, President of the National Academy of Engineering of the Republic of Kazakhstan addressed the participants of the conference with a welcoming speech. The conference was attended by well-known scientists and political figures of the Republic of Kazakhstan: Kurishbayev A.H., President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor; Kulekeev J.A., Chairman of the Board of Directors of the L. Gumilev Eurasian National University, Professor; Alshanov R.A., Vice-President of the National Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, President of the Association of Universities of the Republic Kazakhstan, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Uwe Weddige, head of the KFM project and others. The faculty of the International University of Engineering and Technology took part in the conference with great pleasure. During the conference, the outstanding contribution of Temirkhan Mynaidarovich Dosmukhambetov to the development of not only sports, but also agriculture was noted. The multidisciplinary agroholding "Baiserke-Agro" is a recognized and undisputed leader among agricultural enterprises in Kazakhstan in the introduction and dissemination of innovations in the agro-industrial complex. Using the example of this farm, Temirkhan Mynaidarovich Dosmukhambetov proved that with a scientific approach and the use of the latest technologies, it is possible to obtain record high rates in agriculture. It is no coincidence that businessmen and scientists from many countries of the world became interested in the experience of "Baiserke-Agro". At the end of the conference, the results were summed up and memorable photos of the conference participants were taken.
