On November 19, 2024, students from the Department of Economics and
Business attended a guest lecture by Dinara Mukhamedrakhimovna Zhakupova, a
recognized expert in business training and the head of the company
"Consulting-Training."
The lecture, titled "Business Game as a Tool in Teaching Economic
Disciplines," attracted the attention of both students and faculty. Dinara
Mukhamedrakhimovna not only presented the theoretical foundations of creating
and using business games in education but also shared real-life examples of
applying these methods in teaching economic and financial disciplines.
Particularly striking was her description of how business games help simulate
real banking processes, such as risk management and lending.
During the lecture, special attention was given to the role of
participant interaction in the gaming environment. This approach allows future
financiers not only to consolidate theoretical knowledge but also to develop
critical thinking and teamwork skills. The students` questions and discussions
on adapting business games to educational programs demonstrated a high level of
interest in innovative teaching methods.
For MITU students, the guest lecture was not only an engaging
educational event but also an inspiring experience that showcased how
innovative approaches can become an essential part of training specialists in
the banking sector.
The guest lecture was organized at the initiative of lecturer
Nurmukhamet Usanma L.Kh.
