From January 9 to 18, 2025, in Almaty, a Spartakiad for faculty and staff was held as part of Winter School 2025. The event coincided with the conference «Models and Methods of Teaching in the Context of Improving the Quality of Engineering Education» and brought university colleagues together for various sports competitions.

On January 9, 2025, Shynar Kurmashevna Nurbekova, a lecturer from the «Economics and Business» Department, participated in volleyball competitions, demonstrating team spirit and athletic endurance.

On January 10, 2025, the table tennis tournament featured active participation from Zhuldiz Tursynovna Dildebayeva, Head of the «Economics and Business» Department, as well as lecturers Shynar Kurmashevna Nurbekova and Asiya Muratovna Doskaranova. The competitions were held in a spirit of friendly rivalry and became a vibrant addition to the Winter School.

The Spartakiad was not only a sporting event but also an example of unity within the university staff, strengthening the atmosphere of collaboration and knowledge exchange.
