On 19.02.2025, the International Engineering and Technology University of (METU) hosted an important online meeting with representatives of Russia`s leading university, Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU), led by the first Vice-Rector, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and International Relations at METU, D.B. Akpanbetov.

On the part of TPU, the meeting was attended by the Director of the Research School of Physics of High-Energy Processes, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Doctor of Economics, and the Deputy Director, Candidate of Technical Sciences, D.V. Feoktistov.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of cooperation in the field of academic mobility of students and teachers, attracting scientists to guest lectures and developing joint educational programs within the framework of double-degree education.
