On February 20, 2025, the International Engineering and Technology University hosted an International Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic: «Socio-Economic Problems of the Present: Issues of Theory and Practice» (hereinafter referred to as the Conference).

Scientists and representatives of the business community from both near and far abroad, as well as various regions of Kazakhstan, took part in the Conference.

Students and master`s students of the International Engineering and Technology University actively participated in the event, which is not surprising since 2025 has been declared the Year of Student Self-Governance at the university.

The main outcome of the Conference was the opportunity to exchange views on key issues of socio-economic development, making it an essential factor in the professional and intellectual development of the academic community.
