On February 18, 2025, professors
from the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines and World Languages,
Shaimukhanova Saule Dyusetaevna and Akhmetzhanova Azhar Toksanovna, conducted a
career guidance session at Gymnasium School No. 51 for 11th-grade graduates. Approximately
60 students participated in the event. The meeting was held with the support of
the school’s deputy principal for academic affairs, Amirkhozhaeva Sagynysh
Nurkanatovna, who showed kindness and provided comprehensive assistance in
organizing the event.
During the session, the professors
presented detailed information about the International Engineering and
Technological University (МETU), explaining the available
educational programs, scholarship opportunities, and career prospects. To
enhance engagement, informational brochures were distributed to students, and
questionnaires were offered to help identify their professional interests and
preferences.
The students actively asked
questions about admission requirements, the learning process, and student life
at МETU. The professors provided detailed answers
to all inquiries, emphasizing the importance of making an informed career
choice.
The event took place in a warm and
productive atmosphere, contributing to the students’ awareness of higher
education opportunities and their future professional development.
