Lectures by Professor Tatyana Nikolayevna Danilchuk for Students of the «Technology and Engineering of Food Production» Program
From February 17 to 19, 2025, our university hosted online lectures for students of the 6B07203 «Technology and Engineering of Food Production» program, delivered by Tatyana Nikolayevna Danilchuk, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor from the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education «ROSBIOTECH» (Moscow, Russia).

During the lecture series, Professor Danilchuk covered four key topics: 
1. Fundamentals of Nutrition Physiology and Nutritional Science – theoretical and practical aspects influencing human health and well-being.
2. Principles of Rational Nutrition – recommendations for organizing balanced nutrition for different population groups.
3. Nutrition Theories (Scientific and Pseudoscientific) – an analysis of various theories and concepts in nutrition, their scientific validity, and practical application. 
4. Biological Value of Key Nutrients in Food and Methods for Their Calculation – lectures and practical sessions that allowed students to master methods for evaluating the nutritional properties of food.

The online format of the lectures provided students with convenient access to valuable knowledge that they will be able to apply in their future studies and professional activities. This course played an important role in enhancing the students’ expertise in the field of food technology and engineering, providing them with in-depth knowledge and practical skills in nutrition, nutritional science, and food evaluation.

The collaboration with Professor Tatyana Nikolayevna Danilchuk helped strengthen international educational ties and enriched students` knowledge in vital disciplines of food technology.
