On
February 27, 2025, a panel session titled "Global Future and the New
Generation of Science" was part of the International Student Leaders
Forum. It brought together talented students and young researchers. As 2025 has
been declared the Year of Student Self-Governance at METU, the session`s
speakers were representatives of the student community actively engaged in
scientific research.

Moldir Kuatova, Director of the Department of Scientific and Innovative
Activities at METU, moderated the event. Funding and support programs for
students, including "Zhas Galym," were introduced during the session.
These programs allow young researchers to conduct scientific developments,

actively engaged in discussions, asked questions about the future of scientific
development, and shared their ideas.
The
session`s key speakers were representatives of various student communities
actively involved in scientific activities. Ermukhamed Kalmenov, a researcher
