On February
12, 2025, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the "Technology and
Engineering of Food Production" Department, Asan Bekeshovich Ospanov,
delivered an open lecture for students of the "6B07203 – Food Production
Technology and Engineering" educational program.
During the
lecture, Professor Ospanov discussed the latest innovations in food
technologies, current industry trends, and promising scientific developments in
food processing and storage. Special attention was given to the implementation
of digital technologies and automation in food production, which enhance
efficiency and ensure product safety.
