On March 27, 2025, the International Engineering and Technology University
(MITU) hosted an open lecture on the subject "Micro-Macroeconomics" under the topic "The Classical Approach to Determining
Macroeconomic Equilibrium."
The lecture was conducted by Professor
Tleuzhanova Manatzhan Ashimkulovna, Candidate of Economic
Sciences, and a lecturer at the Department
of Economics and Business.
The objective of the open lecture was to explore the theoretical foundations of the Aggregate Demand (AD)
and Aggregate Supply (AS) model, their interaction, and their impact on
macroeconomic equilibrium, as well as to develop students` analytical skills in
assessing macroeconomic indicators within this model.
Professor Tleuzhanova Manatzhan
Ashimkulovna presented fundamental theoretical knowledge and shared her
unique methodological approaches to teaching macroeconomics. This not only
helped students gain a deeper understanding of the subject but also provided
valuable insights for the attending faculty members, allowing them to explore
effective teaching methods and strategies for engaging students in analytical
discussions.
