As part of the event, the "Smart Technologies in Engineering" Department presented educational programs aimed at training highly demanded specialists in the field of high technologies.

Students and their parents got acquainted with the following educational areas:                   

• "Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Telecommunications",

• "Automation and Control",

• "Information Technologies in Electric Power Engineering".

Guests toured the university’s laboratories, received consultations from department heads and professors, who provided detailed information about the academic programs, opportunities for practical training, career prospects for graduates, and aspects of student life.

Participants had the chance to ask questions and received personalized advice on admission procedures.

They also attended a seminar on registration for the 2025 State Grants Competition and won valuable prizes during the entertainment part of the event.

"Open Day" was a great opportunity for prospective students to experience the university’s atmosphere, explore modern laboratories, and witness the high quality of education offered by METU.
