On April 26, 2025, the XVII Republican Subject Olympiad in the educational program "6B062 – Telecommunications" was organized at Turan University. Students from the International University of Engineering and Technology (IUET) also took an active part in the Olympiad.

During the Olympiad, students of the "Smart Technologies in Engineering" Department demonstrated a high level of knowledge and were awarded letters of appreciation:

In addition, a letter of appreciation for his contribution to the development of science and education was awarded to Mr. Isatai Serikovich Tazhibai, a lecturer of the "Smart Technologies in Engineering" Department and the students’ academic advisor.

This event once again confirmed the high quality of education and the professionalism of both students and faculty of the International University of Engineering and Technology.
