On April 26, 2025, the International
Engineering and Technological University (METU) participated in the Digital
Farabi 2025 International Forum, held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National
University (Almaty) as part of the Erasmus+ programme.
One of the key events of the
forum was the workshop titled: “Digital and Green Skills of the Future:
Adapting the Labour Market in the Transition to a Sustainable and Digital
Economy”, which sparked lively interest among participants and served as an
effective platform for dialogue.
Project coordinator Danijela
Ciric Lalic and representatives of the academic and professional communities
attended the workshop. The discussions focused on developing digital and
environmentally sustainable skills essential for navigating the transformation
of the global labour market.
