From June 9 to 17, 2025, final-year students of the Department of Software Engineering at the International Engineering and Technology University successfully defended their graduation projects. The graduates presented relevant and practice-oriented projects aimed at solving real-world problems in the field of information technology. The following projects stood out in particular:
Aldanazarov Musa Amankeldyuly. Topic: "Development of a neural language model adapted to the Kazakh language based on GPT."
Musa presented a neural network-based language model focused on the Kazakh language. The development enables effective processing of Kazakh-language texts, improving the quality of text generation and comprehension. The work received high praise for its scientific innovation and practical relevance.
Tambai Dauren Askatuly. Topic: "Development of a cross-platform mobile application for food delivery with full ordering and payment functionality."
Dauren developed a modern mobile app featuring all the essential functions—from placing an order to online payment and delivery tracking. A user-friendly interface and full functional integration ensure a convenient user experience.
Kasymtai Timur Didaruly. Topic: "Development of a mobile quest game on investigating the causes of fire."
Timur presented an educational game in a quest format, aimed at building users’ knowledge about fire safety and identifying causes of fires. The game effectively combines interactivity and education.
Ergeshbaev Davron Babirzhanuly. Topic: "Development of a smart home system based on a Raspberry Pi single-board computer."
Davron created a prototype of a smart home system controlled via a Raspberry Pi microcomputer. The system enables control over lighting, temperature, and security within a home. The project stands out for its practical orientation and potential for real-world application.
