On September 19, 2025, the METU hosted an exciting student football tournament. A total of 18 teams took part, showcasing excellent skills and sportsmanship.
Results:
1st place – Team TUR-25-1.3k
2nd place – Team IITE-25-1k
3rd place – Team IITE-25-1r
In addition, as part of the tournament, a selection for the main MITU football team was held, giving students the opportunity to demonstrate their talent and earn the chance to represent the university in official competitions.
The football tournament not only increased students’ interest in sports but also strengthened friendship and team spirit. Congratulations to the winners!
