Researchers of the Department of Food Production Engineering and Technology Participated in the Green Tech Horizons Training Course in Serbia
From September 8 to 12, 2025, the city of Novi Sad (Serbia) hosted the international meeting Green Tech Horizons, organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ project “Promoting a dual green and digital transition through education and innovation in the Middle East, Central Asia, and Asia” (GreenTech Horizons). The meeting was coordinated by UNS, with Danijela Ciric Lalic serving as the responsible coordinator.
The event was held in person and focused on strengthening the pedagogical and didactic competences of educators in the field of green and digital business. Special attention was given to supporting teachers in the development and structuring of business courses in accordance with modern teaching methods and international educational standards.
The Department of Food Production Engineering and Technology was represented by its Head, Professor, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Altynai Burkhatovna Abuova. Participation in this project contributes to expanding the department’s scientific and educational collaborations, introducing innovative teaching approaches, and fostering the development of relevant competences among future specialists in the context of the green and digital transition.
