On October 21, 2025, the university hosted a literary
evening dedicated to Aigiz Baymukhatov’s novel “Don’t Leave, Mother” as
part of the project “The Book I Am Reading.” The event was jointly
organized by the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines and World
Languages and the University Library.
During the evening, second-year students discussed the
main ideas and moral messages of the work, focusing on the themes of maternal
love, compassion, and human values. The program included poetry readings and
musical performances inspired by the profound bond between mother and child.
The event aimed to foster students’ interest in
reading and promote spiritual and moral values among the younger generation.
The evening created a warm and engaging atmosphere,
encouraging active participation and reflection among both faculty members and
students.
