As part of the educational program, 3rd-year learners of the “Technology and Engineering of Food Production” program from the Department of Technique and Technology of Food Production visited LLP “First Brewery” on an industrial tour.
During the visit, learners learned about modern beer production technologies, fermentation processes, bottling and packaging specifics, and the operation principles of production equipment. Company representatives also shared insights into the quality standards maintained throughout all stages of production.
Such events help bridge the gap between theory and practice, increase learners` professional motivation, and provide a deeper understanding of real working conditions in the food industry.
