Open Class by the Department Lecturer

As part of the educational process, department lecturer Zh.K. Tokanova conducted an open class within the discipline “Commodity Science.” During the class, students explored various types of fish and fish products, their nutritional and biological value, storage conditions, and quality evaluation methods.

Theoretical content was supported by practical examples, helping students enhance their professional competencies. The open class was held in an engaging and productive atmosphere.
