On October 24, an international event dedicated to the Republic Day of Kazakhstan was held at the International Engineering and Technological University (METU).
During the celebration, the rector of METU, Darkhan Berikovich Akpanbetov, congratulated the faculty, staff, and students of the university. He emphasized the importance of nurturing patriotism, respect for spiritual values, and the role of politics in the history of our country, highlighting the significance of every step that strengthens unity and national identity.
As part of the event, for their significant contribution to the development of the university and active work with youth, the lecturer of the Department of "Software Engineering," M.S. Aliskar, was awarded a letter of appreciation from the Youth Affairs Department. Additionally, a "Zhastar Rukhy" letter of appreciation was presented to L.N. Mynbaeva, a lecturer at the Department of Software Engineering, for her active participation in the educational, cultural, and social life of the university, as well as her contribution to the development of patriotic values and the creation of an intellectual youth environment at METU.
The event became a symbol of respect for historical values, patriotism, and the importance of education in modern society.
