The International Engineering and Technological University (METU) continues to actively strengthen international cooperation in education and science, opening new opportunities for students’ professional growth in the era of digitalization and artificial intelligence.
From November 4 to 10, 2025, METU students and master’s degree candidates will take part in the academic exchange program “Discovering Jiangsu”, organized by Jiangsu University of Technology (People’s Republic of China).
Program Objectives:
to strengthen international relations and professional partnerships;
to develop students’ academic mobility and digital competencies;
to foster intercultural skills and the ability to work in a global digital environment.
Within the framework of the program, participants will:
learn about China’s higher education system and modern teaching methods;
attend scientific seminars dedicated to innovation, sustainable development, and digital technologies;
visit enterprises engaged in electric vehicle production, digital automation, and the implementation of artificial intelligence in industry;
explore China’s experience in digitalization and intelligent technologies applied in education and research.
The METU administration notes that participation in the “Discovering Jiangsu” international program will be an important step toward preparing a new generation of specialists — open to the world, equipped with modern digital tools, and proficient in artificial intelligence technologies.
