At the International Engineering and Technology University, a meeting was held at the Department of “Smart Technologies in Engineering”, dedicated to the development of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in the field of education.The event was attended by Assel Abdildayeva, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and International Relations, and Oksana Karuna, Vice-Rector for Science, Innovation Policy, and Marketing.

The main topic of discussion was “Scaling Artificial Intelligence: The Strategic Vector of MITU’s Scientific and Digital Transformation.”

During the meeting, participants discussed the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into educational and research processes, the digitalization of scientific studies, and the expansion of international cooperation in the field of innovation.

Faculty members of the department actively participated in the discussion, offering proposals on implementing digital tools and AI-based solutions to enhance the educational process.

The vice-rectors emphasized the importance of the department’s active involvement in implementing the university’s digital transformation strategy and noted that the integration of artificial intelligence opens new horizons for the development of science and education.
