First steps to great heights: the success of our students in the student startup project competition "TAU Startup Battle 2025," organized as part of the Turan-Astana University Development Program (Strategic Direction 5 – Development of Entrepreneurship and Startup Culture).

Three teams from our university "StarLine", "UniVerSE" and "Venture Gate"-participated in the competition, presenting vibrant and original projects.

The students demonstrated creativity, teamwork, and a passion for bringing ideas to life.

The "StarLine" team (Ruslan Yuryevich Zhumabekov, FIN-25-1.1r, and Adilet Bulatuly Baimuratov, BT-25-1r) performed under the slogan "We don`t dream of star -we become them." The "UniVerSE" team (Valeria Yuryevna Khlebnaya, 25-Mar-1p, Evgeniya Vyacheslavovna Tsai, 25-Mar-1p, and Anel Erlanovna Koshkarbaeva, 25-Mar-1p).

And the "Venture Gate" team (Kadyrkull Dias Ruslanuly, BIO, 25-Mar-1p, and Yerik Abilmansur, PI, 25-Mar-1.4p) presented a project under the motto "Concise and Technological."

As part of the competition, participants developed their own startups, learned to present their solutions, analyze the market, and defend their projects in front of experts.

Such events help young people develop entrepreneurial thinking, leadership qualities, and communication skills.

It is especially gratifying to note that among master`s and senior students, it was our first-year students-members of the aforementioned teams-who won prizes! Their success was a true example of determination. Courage and a fresh perspective on innovation.

Our students` participation was not only an opportunity to prove themselves but also an important step towards future achievements.
