On November 12, 2025, Ms. Zhomartkyzy T., Master of Technical Sciences, Lecturer, conducted an open class on the subject “Merchandising of Food and Agricultural Products” on the topic “Assessing Fresh Fruits and Vegetables for Compliance with Standard Requirements.”
Students from the following academic groups took part in the class:
TiPP-22-1k, TiPP-22-1.2k, SS-23-1k, TiPP-23-1k (college), SS-24-1k (college).
During the session, students:
learned methods for evaluating the quality of fresh fruits and vegetables;
carried out organoleptic assessment according to standard requirements;
studied the principles of grading and classifying produce;
analyzed laboratory results and formulated conclusions.
The open class was conducted at a high methodological level and contributed to the development of students’ professional competencies.
