On November 26, 2025, representatives of the Department of "Machinery and Technology of Food Production" took part in the presentation of the book "Taytalas tagdyr" by an outstanding statesman, President of the National Academy of Engineering of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Academician Bakytzhan Tursinuly Zhumagulov. The event was held at the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan and brought together leading scientists, representatives of government agencies and the university environment.

During the presentation, congratulations were expressed by Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Maulen Ashimbayev, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek, as well as speeches by the laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Orazalin and President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Academician Akylbek Kurishbayev.

The book "Taytalas tagdyr" highlights the key stages of the formation of independent Kazakhstan, the development of science, education and engineering, as well as the personal experience of the author, who participated in the formation of the most important government decisions.

The Department of Food Production Engineering and Technology notes the importance of the publication as a valuable intellectual resource for the scientific community and engineering training, and also expresses gratitude to the organizers for the opportunity to participate in such an important event.
