The department hosted an open class on the topic “Equipment and Production Lines of Bakery Manufacturing”, conducted by a department lecturer holding a Master of Technical Sciences degree.
During the session, students learned about modern bakery production equipment, the operational principles of continuous production lines, and key aspects of safety and efficiency in their operation.
Students of the 6B07103 – “Technological Machines and Equipment” program gained practice-oriented knowledge and explored real engineering solutions applied in the industry.
