Lecturer Tautaeva A.T. conducted an open class on the discipline “Technology of Fermentation Production and Winemaking” on the topic “Technology of Production of Carbonated Beverages and Natural Juices.”
During the class, the main stages of the technological process for producing carbonated beverages and natural juices were discussed, including raw material requirements, water preparation, carbonation methods, as well as quality and safety control of finished products. Special attention was paid to modern technologies and current trends in the industry.
The open class was conducted at a high methodological level with the use of visual materials and active student engagement, contributing to effective learning and professional skill development.
