On January 27, 2026, the International Engineering and Technological
University (METU) hosted the landmark event “Ideas in Action: METU × KIT”, bringing together students,
entrepreneurs, and experts in the fields of innovation and business.
Faculty members and students of the Department
of Economics and Business, including those enrolled in the Tourism and Finance educational programs, took an active part in the event.
Their participation became an important element in integrating the educational
process with entrepreneurial and innovative practices.
As part of the event, a cooperation
agreement was signed between METU and the International Entrepreneurs Community
