Cooperation Agreement Signed between the International Engineering and Technological University and Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University

On November 27, 2025, a cooperation agreement was signed between the International Engineering and Technological University and Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy Universityurkiye).

The signing of the agreement marked an important step in strengthening international partnership and expanding academic cooperation. The document provides for the development of joint educational and research projects, academic mobility of students and faculty members, as well as the organization of joint conferences, seminars, and research initiatives.

The cooperation aims to promote experience exchange, implementation of advanced educational technologies, and enhancement of the scientific potential of both institutions. Within the framework of the agreement, the parties plan to implement exchange programs, conduct joint research and publications, and develop collaboration in the field of innovation and engineering technologies.

Special attention within the framework of the agreement is given to the synchronization of curricula in key areas of study.

The priority joint educational programs planned for the implementation of dual degree projects and academic exchange include:

  • Information Systems and Software Engineering;

  • Electric Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering;

  • Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering;

  • Food Production Technology;

  • Economics and Management.

The alignment of educational standards in these specialties will enable students to undertake long-term internships in Turkey with full recognition of their academic results in Kazakhstan.

This international partnership opens new opportunities for students and faculty members and contributes to the integration of the university into the global educational space.
