Open Lesson on the Topic “HACCP System”
The lecturer of the department, Gulzira Jumabekova, conducted an open class on the discipline “Standardization and Technical Measurements” on the topic “HACCP System.” During the lesson, the students were divided into three groups.
Task 1. The students were given technological schemes on the basis of which they identified critical control points and also discussed corrective actions to eliminate possible hazards.
Task 2. The students participated in a team game on the LearningApps platform. According to the points scored, the places were distributed as follows:
1st place – 100 points;
2nd place – 90 points;
3rd place – 80 points.
The open class was very interesting and informative. During the lesson, the students received a lot of useful information and, while completing practical tasks, became more deeply acquainted with the HACCP system.
