On March 12, 2026,
Professor K.K. Kotosheva of the Department of Social-Humanitarian Disciplines
and World Languages, together with second-year students of the specialties
“Biotechnology,” “Chemical Technology of Organic Substances,” and “Life Safety
and Environmental Protection,” visited the National Academy of Sciences of the
Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the visit,
the students became acquainted with the activities of the National Academy of
Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its history, and the main areas of
scientific research. The visit provided the students with an opportunity to
gain a closer understanding of the achievements of Kazakhstani science and the
role of scientific institutions in the development of society and the state.
The students showed
particular interest in the exhibitions dedicated to the development of domestic
science, as well as materials reflecting the contribution of Kazakhstani
scientists to the global scientific community. The excursion proved educational
for the students and contributed to the expansion of their scientific and
cultural horizons.
The visit to the
National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan became an important
part of the educational process, aimed at fostering students’ interest in
scientific activity and strengthening the connection between education and
science.
