On March 6, 2026, METU welcomed 11th-grade students from IQ Ozen School in the city of Zhanaozen.

During the visit, the students were welcomed by the university staff, who conducted a career guidance session. The students were introduced to the university’s academic programs, educational opportunities, admission requirements, and student life.

In addition, a campus tour was organized for the future applicants. The students had the opportunity to explore the classrooms, facilities, and educational environment of METU.

Such visits help school students become more familiar with the university and make informed decisions about their future profession and place of study.
