On March 31, 2026, official representatives of Google conducted a training seminar at METU for faculty members and staff.

The event took place in the assembly hall of Building 1 and was aimed at strengthening international cooperation and integrating modern digital tools into educational and research activities.

During the seminar, participants were introduced to the use of Google Workspace services in education and research. Special attention was given to effective digital tool implementation and prospects for collaboration between METU and Google.

Such initiatives contribute to improving digital competencies and expanding international cooperation.
