From March 26 to 28, 2026, the International Olympiad in Accounting and Financial Communications was held, organized by the Department of Finance, Accounting and Audit of the Faculty of Economics at Российский университет дружбы народов имени Патриса Лумумбы.

The Olympiad brought together students of higher education institutions and secondary vocational education institutions, as well as their academic supervisors.

Participation in the Olympiad provided an opportunity to:

Ø  strengthen professional competencies

Ø  deepen interest in economic disciplines

Ø  develop subject-specific skills and abilities

Ø  expand academic and professional networks, including interaction with an independent jury and international experts

Students of the Department of Economics and Business of MITU took first place.
