On April 3–4, 2026, METU participated as a partner in the large-scale educational project “AI Talents Almaty.”

The project is implemented by the Education Department of the Akimat of Almaty and focuses on developing digital skills among 10–11 grade students, including the use of artificial intelligence technologies.

As part of the event, representatives of METU took part in the university fair, where they presented the university’s academic programs, educational opportunities, admission requirements, and student life.

Participation in such initiatives allows METU to strengthen cooperation with educational institutions and promote interest in modern IT fields among school students.
