Students of the “Software Engineering” program at the International Engineering and Technological University (METU) have demonstrated strong performance at the national-level academic Olympiad. In particular, Slyambek Yertis Nuridinuly, a student of group PI-23-1.5k, secured 17th place among 50 participants, proving a high level of academic excellence.

Additionally, Yendibay Kaysar Kaldybekuly, a student of group PI-24-1.5k, also ranked among the top performers, taking 20th place out of 50 students. This Olympiad is one of the key scientific and educational events held annually among university students in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It aims to enhance students’ professional competencies and strengthen both their theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
