As part of the “Clean Kazakhstan” environmental initiative, the METU Student Construction Team has officially begun its work. The project aims to promote environmental awareness, encourage students’ participation in community service, and foster a sense of responsibility toward the environment.

The student team is actively involved in landscaping, cleaning, and improving the university campus and surrounding areas. Participants are contributing to creating a cleaner and greener environment while gaining valuable work experience and developing teamwork skills.

The Student Construction Team provides young people with an opportunity to spend their summer productively, strengthen their work ethics, and make a meaningful contribution to society. Through their efforts, students demonstrate civic responsibility and support initiatives that improve the ecological well-being of the country.

METU students will continue to participate actively in environmental and social projects under the “Clean Kazakhstan” campaign, contributing to the creation of a cleaner and more sustainable future.
