On June 4, 2026, as part of the CareerTours project, the leadership and representatives of the International Engineering and Technology University (METU) visited the Dolce-Pharm production facility to learn about the company`s operations and discuss prospects for further cooperation.

During the visit, participants explored the company`s production processes, technological infrastructure, manufacturing organization, and key areas of activity. Representatives of Dolce-Pharm presented information about the company’s structure, workforce needs, and professional development opportunities for young specialists.

During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities for organizing industrial and professional internships for METU students, internship programs with prospects for future employment, and identified academic programs whose students could undertake practical training at the enterprise.

Special attention was given to the development of research collaboration, implementation of joint research projects, knowledge exchange between academia and industry, and the involvement of company specialists in the university’s educational and practice-oriented initiatives.

Following the meeting, both parties confirmed their interest in expanding cooperation and agreed on further steps to strengthen their partnership. An agreement was also reached to organize a familiarization visit for METU students, enabling them to learn more about the company’s activities, internship opportunities, and future career prospects.
