On September 1, as part of Knowledge Day celebrations, first-year students of the Software Engineering Department met with the department management and faculty members. For the freshmen, it was an opportunity to get to know their instructors and learn more about their department and university life.

During the meeting, students were introduced to the educational process, academic courses, the department’s main areas of activity, and the opportunities available to them throughout their studies. Particular attention was given to professional development and the importance of developing practical skills in the field of software engineering.

The first-year students also had an opportunity to ask questions and receive useful information about academic and student life. Faculty members shared valuable advice and helped the students better understand the new academic environment.

The meeting was held in a warm and welcoming atmosphere and marked a positive beginning to a new stage in the students’ lives. We wish all first-year students successful studies, exciting projects, new knowledge, and many achievements!
