On October 21, 2026, the International Engineering and Technology University (METU), in collaboration with hh.kz, held a masterclass entitled “How to Find a Job Without Experience?”

The event aimed to support students in their job search and help them prepare for the beginning of their professional careers.

During the masterclass, participants learned how to start looking for their first job, attract employers’ attention, and understand the key requirements companies consider when recruiting entry-level specialists. Particular attention was given to resume preparation, finding current job vacancies, and exploring employment opportunities for candidates without prior work experience.

The hh.kz representative shared practical recommendations to help students navigate the labour market with greater confidence and prepare for their first job applications.

The event provided an opportunity to learn about current labour market trends, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of professional development prospects.
