Amankeldy Kurbanovich was born in the Talap village, Zhanakorgan district, Kyzylorda region. Graduate of the Faculty of Biology of the Kyzylorda Pedagogical Institute named after N.V. Gogol. He graduated doctoral study of the Kazakh Research Institute of Agriculture in the All-Union Agricultural Academy and doctoral studies at the Department of Soil Biology, Lomonosov Moscow State University in Moscow.

He is a prominent scientist and specialist in the field of general microbiology, ecology of microorganisms and soil biotechnology. AK Sadanov pays special attention to the development of fundamental and applied research in various topical areas of microbiology and virology. One of the main priorities of A. K. Sadanov, as a scientist and General Director of the Center, is the implementation of the full cycle "scientific research - technology development - implementation in production - commercialization". For its implementation, at microbiological plant "Industrial Microbiology" was created, for the production of biological and medical preparations, equipped with the most modern high-tech equipment.

For the first time in the republic, under the direct supervision of A. K. Sadanov, new technologies have been developed and the production of domestic biological products for agriculture, environmental protection, medicine and veterinary medicine has been organized, the annual sales of which are 40-50 tons.

Alimzhan Seitzhanovich was born on October 10, 1958 in the Otrar district of the South Kazakhstan region. In 1980 he graduated from the Dzhambul Irrigation and Construction Institute. He was the head of the districts of the South Kazakhstan region, was the Deputy Akim of the South Kazakhstan region, Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for migration and demography of the Republic of Kazakhstan, member of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the Turkestan region from July 2017 to January 2023.

Maktagali Abdimazhitovich Bektemesov was born on July 10, 1963, in the village of Temergen, Almaty region.

He graduated from S.M. Kirov Kazakh State University with a degree in Applied Mathematics.

Over 30 years of experience in the agricultural sector. He worked as Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "KazAgroInnovation", NJSC "National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center" and LLP "Kazakh Research Institute of Water Management".

Erkin Nyshanbayevich published more than 90 scientific papers, published 4 monographs, has 5 inventor`s certificates and 3 innovation patents. Awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is the Breastplate owner of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Daulet Bolatuly Turlykhanov was born on November 18, 1963, in the village of Georgievka (now Kalbatau), Zharma District, East Kazakhstan Region. He is a renowned Greco-Roman wrestler, silver medalist of the XXIV Summer Olympic Games in Seoul and bronze medalist of the XXV Summer Olympic Games in Barcelona, World and European Champion, and a two-time World Cup winner. After completing his sports career, he held senior positions in sports organizations and later served as a Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the VIII convocation, as well as a member of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense and Security. He holds a PhD in Pedagogical Sciences.
