Human Resources Department, Chancellery The main aspect of the activities of the Human Resources Department (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is focused on the management of personnel and production issues of all structural units of the University, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in compliance with the internal labor regulations and the Charter of the University.
Within the framework of its competence, the Department establishes interaction with all structural divisions of the University on the following issues: supervision of working employees, their internal staffing, selection of professional staff for work at the university, certification and rotation among employees.
The main tasks of the Department:
Implementation of the policy of the Kazakhstan Engineering and Technology University in the field of personnel management in accordance with the University Charter;
Providing the university with quality specialists with higher education and professionally-fit faculty;
Formation and development of an assessment system for faculty and employees of Kazakhstan Engineering and Technology University;
Implementation of career development of university staff;
Forecasting and planning the demand for human resources, optimization of the number of faculty and university staff;
Planning the current and future needs of the university in staff, taking into account the existing human resources, the dynamics of increasing the number of jobs and the development strategy of the university;
Analysis of the rational arrangement of employees, study of the effectiveness of the staff structure, identification of duplicate units and positions;
Planning and career management of personnel - the formation of a personnel reserve;
Formation of a policy for conducting an internal competition for filling a vacant place among university employees.
