The course is aimed at studying the formation of systematic knowledge of students in the field of theory and practice of material flow management. International Tourism Geography

The course is aimed at studying the characteristics of recreational resources of individual countries and regions, on the basis of which both international and domestic tourism develops and the formation of the main tourist flows takes place, continental, national and regional features of tourism development are analyzed. As a result of studying the discipline, students will evaluate the natural and recreational resources of the regions, give a physical and geographical characteristic of the regions. They will be able to earn attractive tourist routes independently in order to meet the needs of consumers and in accordance with the peculiarities of the psychology of consumers of tourist services.

Planning of hospitality production

This course examines modern approaches and modern methods of planning and forecasting, provides an overview of the main enterprise planning systems used in our country and abroad, and as a result offers a conceptual framework of planning adapted to modern Russian conditions. The course discusses issues related to strategic planning and methods of development of medium-term and current plans of the enterprise. The discipline "Production planning in the field of hospitality" gives students knowledge of the main categories, theoretical and methodological, methodological and organizational foundations of forecasting and planning in the field of hospitality.
