125 students participated in the competition "Qualification for the profession-2019", 2,3,4 courses "1226000 - Technology and organization of production of food products". At the contest, students showed their skills by cooking prepared by themselves. Prepared and competed in the cuisine of every nation. The prepared cuisine was recommended and appreciated by commission members.

The requirements of the contest consisted of 3 parts:

1. A student has to show the dish that she/he can prepare, to Calculate and calculate the portions of the food which the student can prepare;
2. Has to prepare a dish from given products in a short time;
3. Has to prepare food with given recipe and identify it and describe the food.
Members of the commission evaluated the dishes, summarized the shortcomings and summarized them.
