KazETU college hosted an online round table

On the 23th of December of the recent year, the  KazETU College hosted an online round table on the topic "Educational programs of  TaPoPC, professional standards in technological specialties." Marina Duisengalievna, head of the Union of Food Enterprises of Kazakhstan, Marina Sabralieva, engineer of Carlsberg Kazakhstan LLP Bagodyuk Roman Alexandrovich and chef of the Tal restaurant Abdyev Azamat Maratovich were invited.

During the online meeting, the director of Shalabaev College, Mayra Khusainovna, familiarized herself with the upcoming changes in the TiPO education system, about the creation of a catalog of new sought-after specialties, in which employers actively participated. In turn, Sabralieva Marina Duisengalievna familiarized with the industry framework of qualifications and professional standards in the direction of "Food Industry." The representative from employers Bogadyuk Roman Alexandrovich noted that some disciplines in the specialty 1223000- "Production of beer, soft and alcoholic beverages" in the future require replacement, since some technologies are no longer used in the production of beverages. The next guest Abdyev Azamat Maratovich noted that it is necessary to make changes to the training program in the specialty 1226000- "Technology and organization of production of food enterprises." In general, the main recommendations of employers are to reduce the number of hours of theoretical classes, develop a modern educational program of special disciplines and the possibility of students using theoretical knowledge in special disciplines when undergoing industrial practice.

At the end of the seminar, college teachers asked their employers their questions and received specific answers. Director of the college M.H. Shalabaeva thanked the participants of the round table and summed up the results.
